Rushia Brown is a leadership strategist, former WNBA executive, and professional athlete who specializes in developing high-performing leaders and teams.
After competing at the highest levels of professional basketball—both in the WNBA and internationally—Rushia transitioned into executive leadership roles within professional sports organizations, where she focused on player development, organizational culture, and performance strategy.
Through that work, she recognized a powerful truth: The challenges athletes face—pressure, transition, identity, performance—are the same challenges leaders face in corporate environments.
